Yin Yoga

Consisting mainly of floor-based postures held between 1-7 minutes. Supported with straps, blocks, bolsters and blankets. A challenging yet gentle practice, giving you the chance to quieten the mind in the poses.

Classes for company employees. Poses are demonstrated and explained by the instructor, Jo, who will then review each participants form and give guidance where needed.

Build your abdominal and lower back muscles by strengthening and stabilising your core. This class will also help to improve your balance.

Corporate Stop & Stretch

A 30 minute flow of seated stretches for your back, neck, arms and shoulders. We will focus on engaging core muscles, improving posture and reducing fatigue by increasing blood supply to your muscles. This flow can be repeated throughout the day.
