Reform your Pilates - Coming Soon!

Many of you know I recently completed my Reformer Pilates training and passed my exam, so now I’m a qualified trainer.

Reformer Pilates is a great addition to your floor based practice. It provides a very controlled resistance for a full body, strength building workout. Because you need to move against the spring tension and pulley system, a Reformer can help put your body in a better alignment. Exercises can be modified to suit your body and needs.


In October I’ll be offering one to one Reformer Pilates sessions. Watch this space for more details coming soon.
